Job Description:

This role supports the Manager, Pre-Opening OS&E with assigned UPI OS&E expediting scope and delivery schedule oversight, where OS&E procurement is handled by internal and third-party partners. The Coordinator, Pre-Opening OS&E Expediting plays a critical role in providing administrative, documentation, and data support across all UPI and Third-Party Procurement (3PP) OS&E processes. Working closely with internal teams, Ownership, and external vendors, this role ensures that project information is accurately tracked, well-organized, and clearly communicated throughout the full project lifecycle, from model room development through installation and post-opening reporting.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the Manager, Pre-Opening OS&E with OS&E expediting scope and delivery schedule oversight for assigned projects
  • Track and maintain accurate OS&E documentation, reports, and data for both UPI and 3PP procurement activities
  • Coordinate information flow between internal stakeholders, Ownership, and third-party vendors
  • Support OS&E activities across all project phases, including model rooms, production, delivery, installation, and closeout
  • Maintain trackers and reporting tools to ensure timely updates and visibility of project status
  • Assist with post-opening documentation, reporting, and data consolidation

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of relevant occupational experience in Sourcing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics or related disciplines
  • Experience supporting procurement or expediting activities within a project-based environment
  • Strong administrative, documentation, and organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across concurrent projects
  • Clear, professional communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in reporting and data tracking tools
  • Experience working in hospitality, construction, or pre-opening environments is an advantage
