Lead and manage OS&E planning, procurement coordination, and expediting activities across assigned EMEA projects
Partner with Design Services, Pre-Opening Services, Operations, and Ownership to align OS&E scope, standards, and timelines
Oversee OS&E procurement strategies executed by UPI and third-party procurement (3PP) partners
Review OS&E budgets, schedules, specifications, and procurement documentation for compliance with Four Seasons standards
Monitor production, delivery, installation, and closeout activities to ensure operational readiness at opening
Identify risks, gaps, or delays and implement corrective actions in collaboration with project stakeholders
Guide and support OS&E Coordinators and expediting resources across multiple projects
Ensure accurate reporting, documentation, and post-opening closeout for all OS&E activities
