Job Description:

Join W Hotel Sao Paulo as a cook, preparing and cooking food while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and professionalism. Contribute to an inclusive, innovative, and diverse work environment.

Job Responsibility:

Prepare ingredients for cooking
wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables
weigh, measure, and mix ingredients
prepare and cook food according to recipes
operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers
monitor food quality
set up and break down work station
serve food
wash and disinfect kitchen area and equipment
ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 1 year of related work experience
ability to prepare ingredients and cook food
ability to operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance
ability to follow company policies and procedures
ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period
ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships.
