Job Description:

Prepare, cook, and serve food according to standards and recipes; maintain quality and cleanliness; support team goals; adhere to safety and security policies

Job Responsibility:

Prepare ingredients
chop and store food
measure and mix ingredients
cook food according to recipes and standards
prepare cold foods
operate kitchen equipment
test food readiness
monitor food quality
set up and break down work stations
serve food
clean and disinfect kitchen area
check appliance and food temperatures
support team goals
maintain confidentiality
protect company assets

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 1 year of related work experience
ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
ability to lift objects weighing up to 25 pounds
ability to bend, twist, pull, and stoop
clear and professional language communication skills
adherence to safety and security policies
ability to maintain uniform and professional appearance
