Job Description:

Assist in various kitchen tasks including food preparation, portioning, cooking, and maintaining cleanliness. Adhere to company standards, safety protocols, and ensure proper food quality and presentation.

Job Responsibility:

Assist the Chef during busy periods
ensure temperature correctness of appliances and food
monitor food quantity and portions
clean and disinfect kitchen area including tools and equipment
prepare ingredients for cooking
wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables
serve food in proper portions
follow company policies and safety standards

Requirements:

Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
ability to follow safety and security policies and procedures
ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
ability to lift objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds
high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
