Job Description:

The Cook I position at Sheraton Zhoushan Hotel involves preparing high-quality food according to recipes and standards, assisting management with various staff-related tasks, and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction. Job Responsibility:

Prepare special meals or substitute items
regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters
ensure proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish
maintain food logs
monitor the quality and quantity of food prepared
inform Chef of excess food items for daily specials
ensure food quality according to recipes and standards
assist management in various tasks such as hiring, training, scheduling, and motivating employees
follow company safety policies
maintain a professional uniform and appearance
develop positive relationships with others
stand, sit, or walk for long periods
perform physical tasks up to 25 pounds

Requirements:

Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree
at least 3 years of related work experience
