Job Responsibility:
Prepare special meals or substitute items
regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters

inform Chef of excess food items for daily specials
ensure food quality according to recipes and standards
assist management in various tasks such as hiring, training, scheduling, and motivating employees
follow company safety policies
maintain a professional uniform and appearance
develop positive relationships with others
stand, sit, or walk for long periods
perform physical tasks up to 25 pounds
Requirements:
Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree
at least 3 years of related work experience
