Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Conveyancing Sales Consultant to join their conveyancing sales team in Wimbledon. The ideal candidate will have experience as a sales or lettings negotiator and be target-driven. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate and share knowledge with colleagues.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure all referrals are contacted in a timely manner, qualified, and provided with details of the conveyancing process, converting as many leads as possible
  • Prepare and send out quotations
  • Communicate and build strong relationships with the client's network, solicitors, and conveyancers
  • Problem-solve any client issues, including matters impeding the progress of a sale
  • Update department systems where necessary
