Job Responsibility

Manage own caseload and team
Efficiently manage/support conveyancing transactions
Work within a busy residential conveyancing department
Manage and or support the teams full and varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post completion
Caseload includes Freehold & leasehold sales and purchases, Remortgages, Transfers of equity, New-build transactions, Shared Ownership Schemes
Develop own portfolio of clients and referrers

Comprehensive knowledge of the Law Society's Conveyancing Protocol
