Controller

• Manage all aspects of the accounting function, including general ledger, revenue recognition, AP/AR, and financial statement preparation
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with accuracy and efficiency
• Prepare, review, and present monthly financial statements, management reports, and actual-to-budget variance analyses
• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve accounting policies, procedures, and documentation in accordance with U.S. GAAP
• Execute all SEC reporting requirements, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and related disclosures
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and all financial reporting requirements
• Maintain compliance with SOX 404(a), including internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR)
• Oversee tax compliance and coordinate with external tax advisors
• Manage treasury activities including cash management, banking relationships, and forecasting
• Actively participate in budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration (Accounting emphasis required)
• CPA required
• Advanced Excel skills
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 2–4 years in a leadership role (Controller experience preferred)
• Experience working with a publicly traded company and hands-on SEC reporting experience
• Public accounting + industry blend preferred but not required
