Job Description:

As a Controller, you will play a significant role in the financial management of our operations, focusing on corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, as well as budget and forecast preparation. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee all aspects of financial management within the company
Conduct all accounting operations including billing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and journal entries
Participate in month end and year end close activities
Investigate and resolve any technical compliance issues
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal reporting requirements
Collaborate closely with the Vice President of Finance
Utilize various software and systems such as 3M, Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, CRM, and Crystal Reports in carrying out responsibilities
Oversee auditing processes and procedures
Manage the company's budget processes
Monitor and manage all accounting functions

Requirements:

Must have proficiency in 3M software
Knowledge and experience in Accounting Software Systems is required
Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is a must
Needs to have experience working with CRM systems
Crystal Reports skills are essential
Must have a thorough understanding of Accounting Functions
Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is mandatory
Must be adept in handling Accounts Receivable (AR)
Auditing skills are highly necessary
Must have an understanding of Budget Processes
