This role is essential for overseeing financial operations, analyzing costs, and ensuring accurate reporting to drive business performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing accounting and a proven ability to implement process improvements.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate transactions
  • Perform check runs and oversee the posting of payments to maintain financial integrity
  • Prepare and post journal entries while ensuring compliance with accounting standards
  • Lead month-end close activities, including account reconciliation and financial reporting
  • Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts to support strategic decision-making
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to align financial goals with business objectives
  • Analyze and improve business processes to enhance efficiency and automate workflows
  • Maintain accurate records for bills of materials and cost accounting, particularly in a manufacturing environment

  • Oversee annual physical inventory processes to ensure accuracy in reporting and valuation

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting roles, preferably within manufacturing
  • Proficiency in managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payment processing
  • Strong knowledge of journal entries, month-end close, and financial reporting
  • Experience in cash forecasting and budgeting processes
  • Ability to drive business process improvements and implement automation strategies
  • Familiarity with bill of materials and cost accounting methods
