A regional non-profit organization based in Salem, Oregon is seeking a Contracts Manager. This is a well-established organization known for its commitment to supporting both public and private sector partners. This role will be vital in maintaining and cultivating these partnerships, streamlining processes and centralizing a contracts management system across their distinct programs.
Job Responsibility:
Own the full contract lifecycle, including RFP monitoring, proposal preparation, review, execution, amendment, renewal, expiration, and closeout
Oversee and maintain contract databases and ensure data integrity
Prepare contract deliverables with input from operational managers
Ensure adherence to pricing guidelines, escalate deviations or risks as needed
Serve as a central coordinator between operations, accounting, and leadership
Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements
Develop standardized workflows, tools, and processes
provide reporting and executive insights on contract metrics
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, operations, public administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum 4 years hands-on experience in contract management or administration (6+ years preferred)
Experience owning full contract lifecycle processes (RFP, proposals, review, execution)
Experience preparing contract pricing with operational inputs
Experience managing databases or contract management systems
