Job Description:

We are in search of a Contracts Manager to oversee our contract lifecycle management procedures and systems, located in Chesterfield, Missouri. You will be expected to manage complex contractual relationships while mitigating risks and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in our organization's success through effective contract management and risk mitigation strategies.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive and manage contract renewals and negotiations with high-risk clients
  • Oversee and maintain contracts, including Master Service Agreements and subordinate agreements
  • Establish and adhere to document retention policies
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies while leading assessment activities
  • Streamline purchase order management and optimize system usage for improved efficiency
  • Manage the storage of subfirm agreements and resolve any contractual onboarding issues
  • Facilitate source fee management and ensure proper compensation for sales team
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support Accounting through consolidated workflows for assignment changes
  • Monitor compliance with relevant laws and regulations, establishing monitoring systems and driving continuous improvement
  • Partner with HR on client-specific requirements including background checks and drug testing.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Contracts Manager role or similar position
  • Proficiency in using Adobe Acrobat for document management
  • Demonstrable knowledge of business systems and their integration with contract management
  • Experience in handling amendments to contracts and agreements
  • Solid background in Contract Administration, including preparation, review, and revision of contracts
  • Proven track record in Contract Compliance and ensuring adherence to all contractual obligations
  • Extensive experience in Contract Management, including managing the execution, analysis, alteration, and revision of contracts
  • Strong skills in Risk Management, with a focus on identifying potential contractual risks and devising mitigation strategies
  • Demonstrable experience in Compliance, ensuring all contracts and agreements comply with laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Proven expertise in Contract Negotiation, with a strong ability to negotiate contract terms and conditions
  • Experience in handling Purchase Orders, including creation, review, and processing.
