Job Description:

Contracts Manager position supporting the M Renewables Division in the UK, reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel. The role involves contract management for renewable energy projects with a focus on drafting, negotiation, and compliance.

Job Responsibility:

Support the Legal and Project Teams in drafting, negotiating, and finalising EPC Contracts, O&M Contracts, subcontracts, and supply contracts
Manage the full contract lifecycle under supervision of the Senior Legal Counsel
Work closely with project directors and managers to ensure the Company's contractual rights are enforced
Coordinate with internal teams for contract approvals and execution
Prepare and issue contractual notices, variations, and extension of time (EOT) communications
Support tender submissions and contract negotiations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract documentation and registers
Assist with claims management and dispute resolution

Requirements:

Degree in Law (LPC or Solicitors Qualifying Period in progress advantageous)
CILEX qualification or 1–3 years' experience as a paralegal or in a similar contracts role
Experience in EPC contracting, subcontracts, supply contracts, or contract management preferred
Previous in-house experience desirable but not essential
Strong understanding of contract law and commercial principles

Previous in-house experience
LPC or Solicitors Qualifying Period in progress
