Job Responsibility:
Work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Provide an outstanding level of customer service win all communications with our customers and manufacturers
Manage incoming emails and phone calls in a professional and polite manner
Work regularly with spreadsheets and databases ensuring processes are maintained and reviewed in line with business requirements
Build and maintain relationships with our branches, suppliers and customers
Prioritise workloads to achieve deadlines in line with set timescales
Requirements:
Previous experience in a Customer Service environment
Clear communication and able to work with various stakeholders
Computer literate and able to use Excel / Google Sheets
Nice to have:
Some knowledge of Plumbing and Heating industry would be beneficial, but by no means essential
