Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator for a 12-month temporary assignment based in Basingstoke. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to support post-award contract management within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

Assist with post-award contract activities including disputes, changes, and procedural clarifications
Attend handover, kick-off, and progress meetings to support contract execution
Monitor contract KPIs including spend tracking and expiry dates
Ensure contractor compliance with documentation and regulatory requirements
Escalate irregularities and performance issues to relevant stakeholders
Review contract amendments, claims, and liquidated damages
Maintain accurate records and correspondence with contractors
Support continuous improvement by sharing lessons learned

Requirements:
