Job Description:

We are looking for a Contracts Administrator to join our team on a contract basis in Cary, North Carolina. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the deal desk with contract management, as well as collaborating with the procurement team. This position requires strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Job Responsibility:

Support the deal desk by overseeing and processing various contracts, including license agreements and NDAs
Collaborate closely with the procurement team to ensure smooth contract workflows
Perform accurate data entry and maintain contract-related records and systems
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements during contract management
Participate in team meetings and communicate effectively
Work in a flexible schedule while adhering to standard business hours
Assist with inquiries and resolve issues related to contracts or procurement processes
Demonstrate thoroughness and attention to detail when reviewing and processing documentation
Contribute to a collaborative team environment and maintain open communication with attorneys and colleagues

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in contract administration or a related field
Proficiency in managing contracts, including license agreements and NDAs
Strong skills in data entry and maintaining accurate records
Knowledge of compliance standards and contract management practices
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with multiple moving parts
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
