Contracting Specialist

• Support commercial growth by building strong relationships with tour, activity and ticketing suppliers
• Contracting activities, tours and multiday tours
• Support the suppliers' enrolment and onboarding process
• Build and optimize the supply of pre-existing cities and venues as well as launch new destinations within the region
• Be an expert in destination - generating new leads and strategic acquisition of new and unique products
• Liaise with different stakeholders to implement best practices
• Have comprehensive understanding of competitive landscape and tourism trends in the region

• Experience in the tourism industry
• Proven negotiation, analytical and numerical skills
• Fluency in English
• Valid driver's license and own a car
• Previous experience in sales/purchase of activities and multiday tours highly desirable
• Strong commercial mindset with successful record of closing deals and building strategic partnerships
• Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and quickly address issues
• Complete understanding of digital components and new industry standards (API-based connectivity, channel managers, reservation technologies)
• Comfortable with targets and working in a key results-driven environment
• Solid knowledge of digital tools (tasks management, CRM, contracting platforms)
