Job Description:

As a Contracting Specialist at TUI Musement, you will own assigned operators and/or destinations within a specific country area to support commercial relations with suppliers and contract needed components across different segments. Your objective is to build up local offerings based on requirements and drive higher margins to support TUI Musement's bottom line results. You will work in a dedicated and autonomous team managing end-to-end objectives and strategies.

Job Responsibility:

support commercial growth by building strong relationships with tour, activity and ticketing suppliers
contracting activities, tours, multiday tours and Shorex
support the suppliers’ enrollment and onboarding process
build and optimize the supply of pre-existing cities and venues
launch new destinations within the region
generate new leads and strategic acquisition of new and unique products
liaise with different stakeholders to implement best practices
understand the competitive landscape and tourism trends in the region

Requirements:

experience in the tourism industry
proven negotiation, analytical and numerical skills
fluency in English
valid driver's license
own a car
previous experience in sales/purchase of activities, multiday tours and Shorex
strong commercial mindset
record of closing deals and building strategic partnerships
willingness to work in a dynamic environment
understanding of digital components and new industry standards
comfortable with targets
solid knowledge of digital tools
