Job Responsibility:
Support the team in processing contract transitions (contract takeovers, asset sales, contract terminations) for existing customers
Guide customers through the contract transition process and respond to inquiries via email
Act as a key interface between customers, Customer Care, Technical Customer Service, Legal, and Portfolio Management
Assist in projects and drive process improvements
Execute administrative tasks related to rental/loan contract transfers
Create new customer accounts and transfer assets accordingly
Update monitoring data and other relevant information using Salesforce and various web interfaces
Requirements:
German language skills at B2 level (mandatory)
Ideally, some professional experience in the energy sector or an administrative field
Proactive mindset – you contribute ideas, find solutions, and understand operational processes comprehensively
Structured, analytical, and detail-oriented working style
A degree or vocational training is a plus, but career changers are warmly welcomed!
