Apply project management principles to decide on a method of project delivery that meets the needs of the project
Based on contract terms, set detailed project schedules and milestones that everyone agrees to
Based on the contract terms, decide on the details of the deliverables, and as a Product Owner, lead the development towards delivery
Provide weekly status reports to customers and internal management summarizing progress towards milestones, issues that prevent milestones from being achieved, and business opportunities discovered during project execution
