Job Responsibility:
Contract Management: Oversee the drafting, negotiation, and execution of various contracts, including EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction), O&M (Operation and Maintenance), and PPA (Power Purchase Agreements)
Risk Mitigation: Identify, analyze, and manage contractual risks and liabilities to protect company interests
Compliance: Ensure all contracts adhere to relevant legal, regulatory, and corporate standards
Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for contractual matters with external partners, suppliers, and internal legal/project teams
Change Control: Manage the contractual change order process, ensuring proper documentation and cost control
Dispute Resolution: Assist in resolving contractual disputes and claims efficiently and favorably
Requirements:
3-5 years of professional experience in contract engineering or contract management, specifically with large-scale EPC projects
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
Proven knowledge of standard contract forms and relevant industry practices
Proficiency with contract management software is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Civil, Electrical, Mechanical) or related field
Nice to have:
Proficiency with contract management software is a plus
