Requirements

At least 4-5 years’ experience (preferably in a law firm setting)
Strong analytical and writing skills
Experience with bid protests
Experience with cybersecurity
Experience with acquisition regulation (including FAR and DFARS) compliance
Experience drafting REAs and claims, related claims analysis and counseling, and CDA claim litigation
Experience with federal subcontracting and related dispute and flow-down/compliance issues
Experience with multiple award contracts
Experience with small business procurement
Intellectually curious self-starter with a demonstrable ability to work on certain matters independently
