Job Responsibility:
Launch and lead a new contentious probate department from the ground up
Handle complex and high-value probate disputes, many with international dimensions
Play a key role in business development, bringing in new work and growing a client base
Use advanced legal tech and case management systems—no secretarial support required
Collaborate with a progressive, agile team of private client specialists.
Requirements:
8+ years’ PQE in contentious probate (Solicitor or Legal Executive)
Proven experience with high-value, cross-border probate disputes
A strategic mindset and enthusiasm for business development
Existing client relationships or a strong network within the field
Leadership experience and the ability to mentor a growing team
Tech-savvy and comfortable working in a paperless, agile environment.
