We are looking for a Content Producer Intern to join our team. You will be directly involved in the creation and management of content for both LaSource and selected clients, supporting our communication, storytelling, and digital media efforts. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience across content creation, editorial planning, media production, and digital communication; while contributing to impactful projects across the sport & entertainment ecosystem.
Job Responsibility:
Produce engaging content across channels: articles, social media posts, visuals, infographics, videos
Develop internal and external assets: presentations, pitch decks, newsletters, one-pagers
Contribute to content creation for client deliverables such as reports, analysis summaries, and strategic documents
Maintain and update editorial calendars for LaSource and client projects
Coordinate content timelines, deadlines, and cross-team collaboration
Work closely with consulting, design, and project teams to ensure alignment with strategic and commercial objectives
Propose, draft, and publish content on social platforms (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
Monitor content performance and propose improvements based on analytics and insights
Support the preparation, recording, or post-production of video or audio content (webinars, interviews, podcast episodes)
Help coordinate the distribution and promotion of multimedia content across channels
Participate in producing strategic presentations, benchmarks, storytelling concepts, and content analyses
Contribute to ongoing reflections on LaSource’s communication strategy and brand positioning.
Requirements:
Student in Communications, Marketing, Media, Journalism, Sport/Business, or a related field
Excellent writing skills in English and French — ability to adapt tone and style depending on the format
Strong creativity and storytelling abilities, with a knack for making complex topics accessible and engaging
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks
Comfortable with content and design tools: Google Suite, PowerPoint, Canva/Adobe Suite (Premiere / Capcut) content management tools, etc.
Nice to have:
Prior experience (internships, student projects, personal work) in content creation, media, marketing, or audiovisual production is a plus
Interest in sports, innovation, emerging tech, or the media industry is an advantage.
