Supporting the development and design of technology-led and blended learning solutions
Maintaining and adhering to document control and authoring practices of a structured content library
Deploying 5DI principles approach to all new content design work
Support, create and author digital content and scorm files for all audiences
Support the development of storyboards and curriculum aligned to our values and brand standards
Conduct regular Training Design Reviews of all training to ensure courses are up-to-date and that they satisfy relevant operational / workplace performance requirements
Update of Training Design to incorporate relevant recommendations and feedback from internal and external stakeholders
