Quantum Metric is looking for a Content Design Intern to help shape the voice, tone, and conversational experience of Felix, our AI-powered analytics agent. In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of product, UX, and language—crafting content that helps enterprise customers understand complex data with clarity, confidence, and trust. This internship is a hands-on opportunity to learn how content design supports enterprise SaaS products, especially in analytics and AI-driven experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to ensure Felix communicates with the thoughtfulness, precision, and credibility our customers expect from Quantum Metric. This is a 12-week, part-time internship (up to 25 hours per week) designed to deliver meaningful business impact while helping you grow your content design skills.
Job Responsibility:
Help define and evolve the voice and tone guidelines for Felix AI, ensuring it reflects a trusted, enterprise-grade analytics experience
Write and refine conversational UI content, including prompts, responses, explanations, and error states
Translate complex analytics concepts into clear, human-centered language that supports user decision-making
Partner with product designers and PMs to align Felix’s language with user needs, workflows, and mental models
Participate in reviews, critiques, and iteration cycles to continuously improve content quality
Document content patterns and best practices to support consistency and scalability across Felix experiences
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in UX, Content Design, Technical Writing, HCI, Journalism, English, or a related field
Strong writing and editing skills, with a demonstrated interest in UX or product content
Ability to explain complex ideas clearly and thoughtfully
Curiosity about analytics, AI, or enterprise software (no prior domain expertise required)
Comfort receiving feedback and iterating on your work
A portfolio or writing samples that demonstrate clarity, structure, and user-centered thinking (academic or personal projects welcome)
Interest in or playing with prompt engineering strongly preferred
