Job Description:

Work at the TUI Contact Centre, supporting guests from around the world via various communication channels. Collaborate with teams and leverage AI tools to provide exceptional customer service. Embrace a rotating shift schedule to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibility:

Respond to guests via phone, email, SMS, and online messaging
resolve issues and complaints with empathy
work alongside AI technology
collaborate with global suppliers and TUI teams to resolve problems
support customers around the clock.

Requirements:

Right to work in Spain
fluent in English and Norwegian
organized and adaptable
customer-first mindset
tech-savvy and curious
remote-ready and flexible
happy to work rotating shifts from a quiet, professional home setup.
