Job Description:

This role involves working with global clients to diagnose challenges, co-create tailored solutions, and deliver high-impact programs to drive measurable business outcomes. The Consultant/Sr. Consultant position focuses on HR & Talent Advisory, covering topics like organizational design, leadership development, and culture transformation.

Job Responsibility:

Participate in the end-to-end delivery of consulting engagements
assist with translating client challenges into project plans
serve as a client contact
help facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions
assist with distilling complex data into clear recommendations
apply structured problem-solving approaches
support business development efforts
identify opportunities to expand client relationships
contribute to the development of proprietary frameworks and tools
participate in project documentation, risk management, and compliance

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required
advanced degree strongly preferred
2+ years of experience in leadership consulting, culture transformation, organizational design, or change management is required for Consultants
4+ years of experience for Senior Consultants
ability to manage multiple assignments independently
facilitation and presentation skills
exceptional communication and relationship-building capabilities
technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
interest or experience in AI and machine learning in consulting environments
