Job Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in commercial construction and 2+ years of experience working with local government construction projects. We welcome bilingual candidates.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate and schedule trade/subcontractors, material/equipment deliveries, and project progress
  • Ensure compliance with contract documents, scope of work, project schedules, and specifications
  • Maximize production, eliminate disruptions, and avoid downtime
  • Comprehend all scopes of work and aid in dispute resolution
  • Implement and enforce safety and quality control policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial construction
  • 2+ years of experience working with local government construction projects
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to comprehend complex scopes of work and resolve disputes
  • Knowledge of safety and quality control policies and procedures
  • Ability to maximize production and avoid disruptions
  • Familiarity with project schedules and documentation
