The role offers exposure to the entire project lifecycle — from permitting and design through to final delivery — providing an opportunity to learn, grow, and gradually assume greater responsibility. It represents an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with strong potential and initial experience in construction or real estate development.

Job Responsibility:

  • Help interface with clients (hyperscalers and large accounts) throughout the project
  • Participate in the commissioning process and internal technical handover preparation
  • Support the handover process from construction to operations
  • Assist in collecting and verifying technical documentation (as-built drawings, procedures, training materials)
  • Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure smooth knowledge transfer
  • Participate in client reporting and ensure all required deliverables are completed and handed over
  • Support in organizing training and site onboarding sessions for operational teams
  • Participate in project meetings and assist in documenting decisions and follow-up actions
  • Help prepare project reports in English for both internal stakeholders and clients
  • Assist in budget tracking and updates, in collaboration with Finance and Project teams
  • Contribute to improving project management tools and processes
  • Support efforts related to sustainability certifications (e.g., BREEAM)
  • Assist in implementing environmental policies (waste management, carbon reduction)
  • Participate in Sales and Pre-Sales activities for complex technical offers
  • Contribute to customer audits if needed
  • Help deploy internal tools (e.g., Oracle, Unifier) for project risk, reporting, and budget tracking
  • Respect and enforce health and safety rules
  • Respect and enforce environmental policies
  • Respect and enforce information security policies
  • Respect and enforce the policy of reducing energy consumption

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree (civil, electrical, generalist, or urban planning/development)
  • 5 years of experience, ideally with exposure to construction or real estate development projects
  • First operational experience (internship or junior role) in construction, site supervision, or project coordination
  • International exposure or adaptability to multicultural environments is a plus
  • Fluent/native in Italian (mandatory)
  • Fluent in English (mandatory) – strong written and oral communication skills
  • Familiar with technical construction fields: HVAC, electrical (CFO/CFA), safety, structure, finishing works

  • Highly operational, field-oriented mindset
  • Organized, reliable, methodical
  • Proactive and communicative
  • Eager to learn, grow, and develop in a fast-paced environment
