Job Responsibility:
Coordinate subcontractors activities
Evaluate daily operations
Plan and organize daily operations
Select trade subcontractors
Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
Hire and supervise activities of subcontractors
Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress
Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control
Operate CADD and other computer software systems
Read blueprint, schemas and drawings
Plan and manage budgets
Develop and implement quality control programs
Develop risk management plans
Oversee the analysis of data and information
Prepare reports
Study engineering drawings and blueprints
Construction site supervision
Construct and repair wood or metal supports and structures
Supervision of working groups, contractors, and staff in various areas of responsibility
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering, general
5 years or more experience
Experience in industrial, commercial and institutional construction
Experience in project management
Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Primavera, Rhinoceros 3D (Rhino), AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Project, MS Word, SharePoint, Project management software
Experience with hand tools
Valid driver's licence
