Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the full execution of an onshore wind farm project in Constanța, Romania. This is a pivotal role responsible for managing all construction activities from start to finish, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for the wind farm project
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
  • Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with health and safety standards
  • Manage schedules, budgets, and resources effectively throughout the project lifecycle
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and report regularly on project status

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Construction Manager on large-scale renewable energy projects (wind)
  • Strong knowledge of civil, electrical, and mechanical aspects of wind farm construction
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Constanța for the duration of the project
  • Fluency in English, & Romanian language
