Job Responsibility

advising on procurement routes, engineering and construction documentation (including consultants’ appointments, building contracts, collateral warranties, third-party rights, and security documentation)
drafting and negotiating construction contracts and related documentation
providing comprehensive project advice across a variety of sectors, including working with construction professionals, contractors, employers, operators, investors, and insurers
building and maintaining strong client relationships, with a focus on business development
handling complex international projects, with the possibility of global exposure.
