Job Responsibility:

  • Defining and documenting the configuration items (CIs) within the IT environment, including hardware, software, and network components
  • Coordinating changes to configuration items to ensure that only authorized modifications are implemented

  • Streamlining application and update deployments using automation tools to ensure timely and issue-free rollouts

Requirements:

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
  • 7+ years of professional experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience with version control systems, software development lifecycle (SDLC), DevOps automation, and change management
  • Experience managing deployments via Azure pipelines
  • Experience defining and documenting the configuration items (CIs) within the IT environment, including hardware, software, and network components
  • Experience maintaining detailed documentation of configuration items and providing regular reports on the status and performance of the IT environment
  • Strong analytical and problem skills
  • Familiarity with federal standards and regulations, and the ability to ensure compliance
