Job Description:

Responsible for the supervision of all Concierge functions in accordance with hotel standards, maintaining a concierge service and management philosophy that ensures a memorable guest experience. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining relationships with local businesses.

Job Responsibility:

Supervises day-to-day operations
assists in development of specific goals and plans
establishes relationships with local attractions and businesses
provides recommendations and arranges services for guests
verifies concierge team effectively handles guest requests
ensures exceptional customer service
supervises staffing levels
develops concierge team through mentoring and coaching

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
3 years experience in the guest services, front desk, or related professional area
2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related major
1 year experience in the guest services, front desk, or related professional area

Nice to have:

Building relationships with local attractions, restaurants and other businesses
awareness of cultural differences
knowledge of rooms and their locations, services, and facilities of the hotel
