Job Description:

This role at The Ritz-Carlton Osaka involves building memorable and unique guest experiences by delivering exceptional service and ensuring the Gold Standards of The Ritz-Carlton are upheld. The Concierge will guide guests through their stay with professional interactions and a hands-on approach, contributing to an award-winning global luxury hospitality brand.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay
process operational needs
address guest requests
complete reports
share highlights of the local area
maintain a professional appearance and communication
follow company policies and procedures
ensure safety and quality standards
move, lift, carry, push, pull objects weighing less than 10 pounds

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
no related work experience
no supervisory experience
no license or certification required
