Job Description:

This Concierge position at JW Marriott Orlando Grande Lakes involves providing exceptional guest services by responding to special requests, gathering information about amenities and surrounding areas, and ensuring the satisfaction and well-being of guests. Job Responsibility:

Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services
arrange transportation, reservations, or dry cleaning
gather and summarize information about the property and area amenities
answer and process guest calls, messages, and requests
resolve guest issues by contacting appropriate departments
monitor club lounge for seating and safety
report accidents and unsafe conditions
follow company policies
maintain confidentiality
welcome and address guest needs
provide assistance to individuals with disabilities

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
no related work experience
no supervisory experience
good communication skills
ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 10 pounds
