Job Description:

Concierge Assistant position at Le Méridien Mahabaleshwar Resort & Spa, responding to guest requests, providing information about property amenities, handling guest communications, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a luxury hotel environment.

Job Responsibility:

Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services
Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs
Gather, summarize, and provide information to guests about property and area amenities
Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
Contact appropriate departments to resolve guest issues
Review shift logs/daily memo books
Monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, safety
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
Follow all company policies and procedures
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
Speak with others using clear and professional language
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Comply with quality assurance expectations
Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Move, lift, carry objects up to 10 pounds

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
