Legally authorized to work in a bar where alcoholic beverages are served and consumed
Available to work fluctuating schedule shifts, including evenings and weekends
Organized and systematic
Adaptable
Team player
Ability to work under pressure in a loud, high traffic, fast-paced environment
Physical ability to lift 50 – 75 lbs
Must have reliable transportation to both locations of work
Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends
Basic knowledge of menu items

Job Responsibility

Assist with opening and closing procedures
Perform various behind-the-stands tasks, such as restocking the concessions stands and storage areas
Help concession workers to stock, open, and close concessions stands for events and shows
Keep the bar stocked with liquor, beer, wine, mixers, nonalcoholic beverages, cups, napkins, candies, ice cubes and other products needed throughout their shift
Help ensure that guests get excellent customer service and enjoy their time at the venue
Move throughout multiple levels of the building with product
Assist in cleaning concessions stands and storage facilities
Perform any other task assigned by the manager or supervisor on duty in the food and beverage department

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Prior experience as a stand attendant/worker or other food service worker is necessary
Ability to interact with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards
Must be able to handle a Point of Sale (POS) system in a non-cash venue and inventory efficiently and the ability to multitask in a fast paced, team orientated setting
Must be able to work fluently in English
Ability to work in an open aired environment during all climate conditions
Ability to lift and carry items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds, up and down stairs/ramps
Ability to work all Venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time
Must have state and local health requirements for food handlers/ ServSafe and RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) Certificates

Job Responsibility

Supervises and coordinates activities of stand workers. Assign duties within the stand
Analyzes and resolves all problems with the assistance of Concession Supervisor and/or other management
Oversees and/or participates in stand set-up and closing procedures
Ensures that all workstations and the back of stand and storerooms remain clean and sufficiently stocked. Order replacement stock as necessary
Efficiently and accurately completes required paperwork
Investigates discrepancies in inventory
On an event basis, ensures accuracy of location bank, opening and closing inventory, product transfers, spoilage, and meals
Ensures accurate transaction totals on a random basis for all stand workers
Keeps a quality appearance of the concession location at all times
At closing, works with other stand personnel to properly clean equipment and organize stock for next event
