Job Responsibility:

  • Perform warehouse operations, equipment setup, line operation, and cleaning duties in the Hemo-Concentrates department
  • Load empty bottles, inspect and pack filled bottles into cartons or gaylords, and load cartons onto skids
  • Maintain and troubleshoot carton forming and taping machinery
  • carry out batch changes
  • Acquire packing materials, shrink wrap skids, return to the warehouse, and operate carton former and taping equipment
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of a High School diploma or GED, or equivalent experience (Proof will be requested)
  • Experience doing repetitive tasks
  • Successful completion of reach and counterbalance truck instruction
  • Manufacturing/Quality experience in a GMP environment
  • Experience in the food or manufacturing industry
  • Prior experience in a high-speed setting (assembly line background preferred)
  • Demonstrated good attendance, performance, and attitude, applying Baxter’s Shared Commitments
  • Ability to work in both climate-controlled areas and with required equipment and tools
