grow contractual renewals for mid-size accounts

build sales readiness and transfer knowledge

Requirements:
Demonstrated success in achieving progressively higher quota
extensive vertical industry knowledge required
5-8 years advanced sales experience required
deep knowledge of products, solution or service offerings as well as competitor's offerings
understands the industry and market segment in which key accounts are situated
integrates industry knowledge into consultative selling
understands the role of IT and how the company's solutions address vertical industry challenges
negotiates and drives deals to successful closes
broad understanding of customer needs
uses client engagement skills to propose solutions
leadership and initiative in driving specialty sales
translates product knowledge into customer business value
uses specialty knowledge to prospect and cultivate sales opportunities
ability to close or support the close of deals
demonstrates high service knowledge and professionalism
understand the channel and increase sales with partners
regular use of Siebel for deal profile updates and forecasting
knowledge of industry trends and key partner solutions.
