Job Description:

Are you a technical expert in Civils and Fibre delivery with a passion for high standards? We are looking for a Compliance Assessor to act as a senior authority on-site, ensuring our operations are safe, compliant, and of the highest quality. This isn't just a "box-ticking" exercise. You will use your extensive operational experience to coach, challenge, and advise our delivery teams and subcontractors. You will be the bridge between technical requirements and on-site reality, driving continuous improvement and reducing risk across our Civils, Cable, and Fibre workstreams.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct rigorous site audits to ensure alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Oversee coring selections and analyse data from Clegg and coring programs
  • Act as a mentor to Supervisors and provide senior-level technical guidance
  • Proactively identify ways to innovate compliance processes
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and internal teams

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in Civils, Cable, or Fibre delivery is essential
  • Analytical mindset to interpret complex data (Audit, Coring, and Clegg results)
  • Strong influencer to challenge Supervisors and Managers constructively
  • Decisive & independent in high-stakes decisions
  • Tech savvy in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power BI, Word) and digital audit systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
