Join Alcedo Care Wrexham as a Complex Support Worker working within Wrexham and the surrounding areas. Deliver quality care, making a real difference by enriching lives and supporting independence within your local community.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with complex health needs (spinal injuries, respiratory conditions, neurological disorders)
  • Carry out clinical tasks (manual cough assist, digital stimulation for bowel management, postural and spinal support, PEG care, tracheostomy care)
  • Provide assistance with continence, medication, mobility, meal preparation, household tasks
  • Promote independence
  • Bring a sense of joy to those supported

Requirements:

  • Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care
  • Ideally 6 months of hands-on care experience in a UK care setting
  • Must be aged 18 or over
  • Subject to an Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references
