Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Complex Program Manager to lead large-scale eCommerce initiatives and drive Agile product ceremonies across multiple delivery teams. This role requires strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and hands-on leadership in fast-paced, highly technical environments.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead mission-critical eCommerce and digital transformation programs with cross-functional visibility
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily standups, planning sessions, retrospectives, PI planning, and sprint reviews
  • Drive delivery management across multiple technical workstreams, ensuring tight alignment on milestones, dependencies, and risks
  • Develop and maintain program dashboards, roadmaps, RACI matrices, and communication plans
  • Present program updates, risks, and mitigation strategies to senior and executive leadership
  • Support release planning, operational readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience managing enterprise-level technology or eCommerce programs
  • Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, and SAFe environments
  • Proven success leading multi-team, cross-functional programs with technical complexity
  • Experience working with engineering, product, operations, and large stakeholder groups
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and modern Agile program management tools
  • PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related area
  • U.S. Citizens or Green Card Holders only, due to program sensitivity and compliance requirements
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
  • Third-party (C2C) arrangements are not permitted
