At Synergy Complex Care we provide personalized high quality care and support for adults and children with complex needs in the comfort of their own home. We are currently recruiting for Complex Care Support Workers to support our client in Bridgwater. Shift pattern: Various shifts available – Days and Waking Nights. Experience not essential. Full training provided. At Synergy Complex Care – our mission is to improve the lives of not only our clients but also our employees too!

  • Supporting and enabling others
  • Supporting a client to regain their independence within their own home
  • Providing personalized high quality care and support for adults and children with complex needs in the comfort of their own home
