Job Description:

Join Alcedo Care as a Complex Care Assistant – Nights delivering quality care, making a real difference by enriching lives and supporting independence within your local community. You'll be fully supported with expert training and competency sign-off from our in-house team of Registered Nurses and our training team, giving you the confidence to excel in your role.

Job Responsibility:

  • Delivering high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with complex health needs (spinal injuries, respiratory conditions, neurological disorders)
  • Specialist care such as PEG, suction and tracheostomy support
  • Assisting with medication, mobility, meal preparation, and household tasks
  • Empowering independence and creating moments of joy
  • Enriching lives and supporting independence within the local community

Requirements:

  • At least 3 months of hands-on care experience in a UK care setting or family support
  • Passionate about making a positive difference in people's lives
  • Caring nature
  • Desire to support individuals in their own homes
  • Confident and ready to support clients with more advanced needs
