Job Description:

Lead the compensation and benefits strategy for a dynamic team within a globally recognized financial institution. Our client is a leading global financial institution with a strong presence in Japan. They are known for their commitment to employee development and offer a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies
Manage and mentor a team of compensation professionals
Partner with HR and business leaders to deliver impactful reward programs
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines
Oversee the administration of compensation, benefits, and mobility programs
Manage vendor relationships

Requirements:

6-10 years of experience in compensation and benefits management within a large organization
Strong leadership and people management skills with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams
Expertise in Japanese and English compensation and benefits best practices
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship management skills
Bachelor's degree
Master's degree preferred
