Job Responsibility:

Develop and implement community engagement strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
Manage and analyze social media platforms, including Facebook Insights, Instagram, and LinkedIn, to increase outreach and engagement
Coordinate budget processes and ensure effective allocation of resources for community initiatives
Oversee CRM systems to track interactions and improve communication with community members
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures in all community-related activities
Collaborate with internal teams to align community outreach goals with business objectives
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of community programs and campaigns
Handle customer service inquiries and provide support to address concerns and feedback
Organize events and initiatives aimed at enhancing community involvement
Maintain accurate records of community interactions and processes to support future planning

Requirements:

Proven experience in community relations or a similar role
Proficiency in managing social media platforms, including Facebook Insights, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Strong knowledge of CRM systems and their applications
Expertise in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
Familiarity with budget processes and resource allocation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing community initiatives
