Job Responsibility:
Safely and punctually deliver meals to clients' homes
Conduct regular wellbeing calls to check on clients
Offer a warm, compassionate, and professional demeanour during client interactions
Adhere to all company policies related to client privacy, health and safety, and food hygiene
Participate in team meetings and share ideas to enhance service offerings and delivery processes
Requirements:
Must have a Full UK Driving License
Must have your own vehicle
Customer service experience preferred
