We are looking for a Communications and Insights Intern to support the planning, launch, and evaluation of communications initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to how communications drive business outcomes, not just content production. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to craft launch communications, track performance and translate data and research into actionable insights.
Job Responsibility:
Draft and adapt communications content across formats (e.g. announcements, emails, internal updates, basic presentations)
Support end-to-end setup for launches, including timelines, content coordination, and basic stakeholder alignment
Ensure content is clear, audience-appropriate, and aligned to objectives
Track performance of communications using basic metrics (e.g. open rates, engagement, qualitative feedback)
Maintain simple dashboards or trackers to monitor effectiveness over time
Identify patterns and surface what is working/ not working, with recommendations for improvement
Conduct desk research and basic analysis (e.g. market scans, audience sentiment, internal feedback synthesis)
Summarise insights clearly and concisely for decision-making
Support ad-hoc analysis to inform future communications strategies
Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned
Requirements:
Undergraduate (Year 2 and above) or recent graduate
6 month commitment, full-time preferred (part-time possible with alignment)
Eligible to work in Singapore
Brings a fresh perspective to communications, with the ability to write creatively and produce clear, practical assets within real-world constraints
Strong written communication skills (clear, structured English)
Ability to organise information and think logically
Comfortable working with data at a basic level (Excel/Google Sheets)
Proactive, curious, and able to work independently with guidance
Nice to have:
Experience with content creation, communications, or marketing projects (school or internships)
Experience with basic tools (or similar) - Google Workspace, Looker, Braze, Photoshop/Illustrator
Interest in business, strategy, or how communications influence behaviour
